It takes a lot to accept yourself as you are and truly be happy with you. My advice to anyone who’s struggling with this would be to give it time and try to notice all the great qualities you possess. There are always going to be things you don’t like about yourself or reasons to compare yourself to others, but once you realize that you only get one you, it’s best to just love yourself.

#aw that’s cute #2 young freshmen. complete best friends. one is not as much ditzy as quiet and oblivious #the other is head strong and independent #she’s the other’s security. her double check. her safe guard. #they stick together and protect one another. because high school is a big scary place #and you can’t go at it alone #so when headstrong says to oblivious that they should join glee club #oblivious doesn’t ask questions. she just joins up. she’s a rather sweet and soft spoken alto who calmly holds her own against headstrong #headstrong has a big belty voice and oblivious thinks she could be the next rachel berry if she tried hard enough #headstrong isnt sure #but when santana catches them behind the curtain whens he returns from college to see the glee club perform at sectionals #she all but rolls her eyes and says ‘come with me’ #’you arent the first to be caught getting your mack on before the show. trust me ive been there’ #oblivious blushes and grabs headstrong’s hand. #headstrong looks she’s about to throw up. #but it’s okay. because brittany gives them each a hug and they go on to perform the most top notch sectionals show in WMHS history. #even santana can admit that. #when santana and brittany return to their seats by quinn and rachel during intermission #rachel doesn’t pause to ask where they’ve been #’scouting lesbians.’ is all santana says before pulling brittany’s hand into her lap and entwining her fingers. #little does she know that oblivious and headstrong are doing the same 5 rows behind them…
